at Brockport. Almost all of our programs have an on-site resident director available and offer a full program of field trips throughout the semester with a detailed orientation upon arrival.

Study Abroad and Educational Service Learning Programs
GVI’s Study Abroad and Educational Service Learning Courses are tailor made for high school or college students and offer a valuable method of learning. We take classroom research and curriculum learning and introduce those theories into real life services. These real-life experiences enhance students’ academic studies and increase their personal growth and interpersonal skills. Emphasis will be placed on relating our long-term goals with the UN's Responsible Development Goals and engaging in daily reflection surrounding the experience. All our Service Learning Courses are led by qualified group facilitators and allow students to gain an increased cross-cultural awareness and understanding.
Higher Education Consortium for Urban Affairs (HECUA)

At HECUA we learn by doing, reflecting and acting with others. HECUA specializes in integrating theory and practice, bringing together key disciplines that equip students to be active citizens and leaders — locally and globally.

International Service-Learning
The International Partnership for Service-Learning and Leadership offers intercultral programs which unite volunteer community service and academic study for credit. Program locations include the Czech Republic, Ecuador (Guayaquil, Galapagos,
and Quito), England, France, India, Israel, Jamaica, Mexico, the Philippines, Russia, Scotland, South Dakota (with Native Americans), and Thailand. Students earn 12-18 college credits. Language requirements for selected programs. Minimum
age 18.
Knowledge Exchange Institute
Study and Intern Abroad
KEI offers year, semester, and summer study abroad programs in Australia, Belgium, China, Italy, Kenya, Mexico, Russia and Spain and other countries worldwide. Each program offers numerous discipline-specific courses in the English language and include internships.
Housing is included and scholarships are offered. KEI specializes in programs for underrepresented disciplines (engineering, math, science, health sciences, tourism, etc.) and also offers programs in business, communications, and humanities.
Middlebury Study Abroad
For over fifty years, participants in the Middlebury Study Abroad have not just studied the language, they have lived it as well. Participants take courses in most disciplines, often with host country students, intern
or engage in volunteer work, and live with a family or local students. Indeed, at every juncture of your time abroad, you have the chance to "live the language" and immerse yourself in the host culture.

Florence University of the Arts
Founded in 1995, SAI offers U.S. and international students the finest English-speaking programs available in Western Europe, with a wide choice of curriculum. There are no language requirements to attend any of SAI's programs.
