Hamilton College Academic Year in Spain
The goal of the Hamilton College Academic Year in Spain (HCAYS) is to offer academic standards that are truly commensurate with those of the best U.S. colleges and universities. This entails a strictly enforced Spanish-only rule, an academic and cultural agreement with the Madrid University of San Pablo, very small classes and selection of some of the best professors from Spanish academia, and recruitment of students from the U.S. institutions of the highest caliber. Semester in Madrid with City College of San Francisco
Spend a semester in vibrant Madrid, the city "that never sleeps", while attending Spanish Grammar and Conversation classes at La Complutense Madrid. Students also have the option of attending Art History and Spanish Civilization classes. Spanish Language Immersion Program in Madrid, Spain
The Spanish Language Immersion Program in Madrid is a four-week, intensive study of the language and culture of Spain. Open to SDSU students, students at other colleges and universities, and the general public. Participants earn four units of SDSU resident credit in Spanish; up to six units can be earned for an additional unit purchase fee. Living accommodations with Spanish-speaking families throughout Madrid. Courses are taught by the faculty of the Center for Spanish Studies at Antonio de Nebrija University in Madrid. Universidad Antonio de Nebrija is a small private university founded in 1985 and noted for its emphasis on Spanish language and literature instruction for international students.

Semester in Spain
Semester, year, summer, and January terms for high school graduates, college students, and adult learners. Beginning, intermediate, and advanced Spanish language studies along with Spanish literature, culture, history, and art. All courses taught in Spanish by native Spaniards. Four courses per semester, 1 course per short term, 4 credits per class. Homestays are arranged for all students.
